My name is Monica Kubicz.  I'd like to tell you a little about myself.  I first got started cake decorating because we moved overseas and my mom had always made my kids' birthday cakes.  I had no idea I would truly love it so much.  My favorite part of each and every cake I make is the look on the recipients face.

I believe what makes my cakes stand out is ingredients and freshness. I use real sweetcream butter and cream in my frosting, unlike most grocery store cakes. I believe that taste should not be compromised when creating an important memory.  So not only will it look beautiful but it will taste delicious.  After all I want you to LOVE the frosting and the rest of the cake.
